I was so impressed with the Westbridge Hotel Stratford. The staff were so efficient and welcoming, the hotel design and cleanliness were first class and the room had everything I could wish for. The hotel makes the best of its location and is in easy reach of many sights and activities. It also cleverly locates the bedrooms at the back of the hotel, overlooking the glittering cityscape of London, thus ensuring a quiet night for all. The only thing which could have been better was the comfort of the bed in 508. The mattress was hard and lumpy. But the linen, pillows etc were perfect. New mattress and that room will be my go to for home away from home when visiting London. Thank you for an exceptional stay!
I booked this given its proximity to the ABBA Arena and was not disappointed. Don't let the uninspiring exterior put you off as, once inside, the hotel and rooms were clean and modern, and although the room was compact it came with a full balcony area and great views over to the city. The only disappointment was the hotel bar, but there's enough bars in the area not to let this be an issue. All in all we had a great stay and would recommend the hotel especially if your planning on attending the ABBA Voyage concert.
I stayed at The Westbridge for 1 night with my wife, after seeing Abba Voyage nearby. The hotel is ideally located for Abba, being around a 10-15 minute walk from the venue. The hotel was immaculately clean, and the staff were all very friendly and pleasant to deal with. The room was a good size, and with a nice clean bathroom with a good roomy shower. The bed was comfy (although after the drinks we could've been sleeping on a plank of wood and wouldn't have noticed). We had breakfast in the morning, and were very pleased with it - there was a good selection of Full English items, fruit, cold meats and pastries. If possible, try and get the train here because parking is quite expensive - we paid £25 for our stay to park in the car park of an adjacent Bingo hall (there's no parking included because the area is very busy).
Excellent hotel located very close (less than 5 min walk) from Stratford underground station. The staff were lovely and even put balloons in our room for my friends birthday which was a great touch ❤???? The rooms were well decorated and very comfortable with modern and nice amenities, including a good fridge and a georgous rainfall style shower. Slept very well, the beds and pillows were so comfortable. Would stay there again for sure.
Stayed here for 4 nights and the reception staff were so friendly, saying hello and always had a smile on :) Best hotel I have stayed at in London and this was my first time staying here too. Great impression and would come back again here! The operations manager is so lovely and has outstanding customer service!
