I booked a room there for my Parents anniversary and they loved it. Great service, very clean and tidy room and bathroom. The view from the 5ft floor was fantastic. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Katrina and Daniel who decorated the room with flowers and chocolate. Thank you for making their anniversary a wonderful experience.
Very easy to travel to via the Elizabeth Line station and located right near the main street of Woolwich towards the Arsenal and Riverside. Room was large and spacious, well-lit and well equipped. Only issue was the heating control did not work - luckily it was set to ambient temperature as otherwise could've cause issues. It was relatively quiet and offered lots of lighting/privacy options. Overall easy place to stay.
Usual good Premier Inn standard, room clean, bed comfy. Had a room with river view which was nice. Location excellent being about 4 minis from Elizabeth Line, the Clipper boats stop just a few minutes away too. Interesting walks around Woolwich Arsenal which has a long history and the area has been nicely improved.
Loved our stay. Was so worried after readying reviews. But room was amazing and with air con which was a big plus. I didn't opt for house keeping, but they were prompt to give me a rubbish bag and more toilet roll wen asked ( As my stay was 5 days). Breakfast the first day was Luke warm, but every other day after that was lovely. Also the women who checked us in for breakfast each morning was very welcoming and smiley.eRally enjoyed my stay. Will be back.
PLEASE READ BEFORE CONSIDERING BOOKING A ROOM - We booked a room for 6 NIGHTS and it has NEVER been CLEANED although we turn the sign in front of the door and informed the reception. This is UNACCEPTABLE! No new towels, bins changed, shower cleaned, carpet hoovered, bed sheets changed for 6 DAYS ! Plus, the hotel is NOT TOURIST FRIENDLY beware as all information are mostly in English only. Even after sending a complaint to the management, the response they give you is very poor and dissatisfying not taking into consideration the whole stay being ruined by the room not being cleaned for 6 Days I repeat. Worst experience ever, not falling to mention the staff that was hiding in the hotel pretending to find a solution for us. I do not recommend at all unless you want to have a negative experience in London.
