For location, this hotel is great. Located in Westfield Shopping Centre, and with train / tube stations for easy access to central London. Thou we were here as a team competing in the Olympic village. Sadly the rooms are very tired, and are of the old Premier Inn style. That being said, the hotel is in the process of being upgraded. Back next year

The reception manager Bella was exceptional in her efforts to make me feel welcome and looked after on a recent business trip. She went out of her way to ensure that special preferences were met. Her reception colleague Argain was very professional and welcoming too. It made my business trip so much easier and less stressful! Thank you very much.

Awful hotel - terrible appliances, TV from the early 2000s, not even a fridge? Shower was terrible, pillows were stained, fire alarm was broken which led to around about 2 hours of incessant random beeping on the entire hotel - staff did not even seem to care. Left the hotel at one point with my girlfriend and came back 15 minutes later to a man standing in our room fixing something in the ceiling (air-con most-likely)?? He abruptly left awkwardly and I was not notified at all about him coming up or being there at all. The view is lovely from the hotel and that's genuinely about it. Cough up a little more money and stay somewhere nicer - not worth it.

For the price of the night that I've paid : 134£ week day without any major events around, I would highly recommend you to find another place in the area. Following my previous experience I thought premier inn was good however if you want to continue to think this, I would suggest you to avoid this one! The rooms are old, there is no water pressure, the bathroom floor is probably 20 years and it's a mixed with used black and yellow now, the lifts don't work really well! This hotel need a big refurbishment ASAP to continue to ask their customers to pay 130£ per night, if not they should ask 45£ maximum! Really disappointing for a premier Inn!

Room was great. Clean tidy and comfortable. Would have giving 5 star rating but the in house restaurant was understaffed therefore waiting seemed excessive. Food excellent and staff polite and helpful.
