Every time I’ve gone in here I have received nothing but genuine kindness and staff that are eager to help. Today they remained open a bit later to let people purchase jewellery. And they were so nice about it too. There was no sense of irritation or anger about it. It’s probably not something they will always do which is understandable, but it just showed what great staff they have.
they don`t do the most important thing-- ---Smile --- at the customer when they walk in Been in there Four times same two sales assistants woman serve me on different occasions red hair an dark hair glasses but they find it hard to give smile to you, more like they are in some trance or pain when speak to you. One other lady was the complete opposite very helpful one time she served me) spent few hundred on items but - Overall not impressed with them woman there.
I am aware that some people find it difficult to smile for X number of reasons. May be it is ok to be rude if customer is irritating. But I don't think it is ok for them to be rude if I ask a plain question in relation to a product. I bought a chain but wanted to know the weight on which she replied pathetically "I don't know" followed by a question "are you not gonna buy anything" although I had no idea why that question was relevant. Ridiculous service
