Visited this store to get my ring exchange. went to visit lakeside the lady there was so horrible. came to barking to get the ring i wanted the girl Nikky who served me was so lovely and friendly, her customer service skill was excellent. was really proud with the service i received all thanks to her Thanks again Nikky x
