Went to fix a watch here that used to be water resistant and the watch was returned to me non water resistant. Very rude service from Raj when asking to fix the water resistance of the watch. He kept blaming the customer for the fact that the watch was no longer water resistant. When asking for a refund or at least for the watch to be fixed free of charge after spending the money on it, he refused. Wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone and a very unpleasant experience.
Super friendly and kind owner and staff helped shorten my bracelet free of charge on the spot. Highly recommended and will go back to buy something for sure. It certainly made my day! Thank you so much again! :-)
Really professional jewellers. Friendly and passionate staff that went above and beyond to ensure I got my mums Christmas present. Presented us with a wide range of products and gave us advice and guidance throughout our shopping experience. We got exactly what we wanted and even got a nice Christmas discount.
