To iron 10 shirts it took them 4days & when I went to collect them they didn’t have it ready, let me add they picked the date & time. They asked me to come back & collect them. It was ready when I went the second time. When I unpacked the shirt I realised they had crushed the buttons on one of my shirt.
Best dry cleaner on the island. The guy who repairs clothes does absolute wonder every time for a very reasonable price!
It used to be much better. Last time I took my jacket and three white shirts. The jacket was not completely cleaned. The shirts had some tough staining and also failed to clean, but I did not find this out until walking out of the shop after collecting the items. The guy behind counter tried to hide that they failed to clean, and refused to give any discount or refund when I asked them to. When I pay the full asking price, I well expect the job to be done properly. And return the cash if you cannot finish what you start.
We have been regular customers here for over 2 years and I normally don't take the time to review anything, but I am simply shocked at seeing how anyone could give anything but 5 stars to this place. My husband takes here every shirt he wears and he wears shirts to work 95% of the times. The owner is the most kind and hardworking person. He will do anything to deliver. Last minute jobs, home pickups, they go above and beyond and at a fair price. We have nothing but the best to say about this place and wouldn't ever go anywhere else.
