Wonderful experience, so relieved! I brought in a jacket for repair and trousers for alteration. As a first time customer was quite nervous, but staff (kamal) was polite, patient and up front. They completed the job and had my clothes ready to collect within 2 days. Stitch work is clean and subtle. Much appreciated.
This is a great dry cleaner. The cleaning is good and ironing is better than the competitors. The staff are even very friendly and they do same day service.If you live in this area this is the best dry cleaner around here try it out for sure

My order was supposed to be returned the day after it was collected, but it took 4 days instead. I have received no communication regarding the delay. After the first day of delay, I wrote in the support chat in the app asking for an update, but no one answered. I sent an email, but no one answered. The following day the order was marked as delivered in the app, but it was not. So frustrating. I went in person to the store and they told me that since I booked via the app they could not help, and I had to call a phone number. I was told that the order was going to be delivered the following morning (would have been day 3), but it did not. I had to call multiple times to receive again an answer, and finally I got my order on day 4. The cleaning and ironing itself is good, so I will not give only 1 start, but the overall experience has been painful. I would not recommend this service to a friend.
