Ruined my new t-shirt. They needed to be shortened and nicely hemmed. When i brought home the t-shirt i saw the holes even after washing they widened. £70 t-shirt plus £17 for service and everything goes in the trash. I have never seen such a poor job in my life.
Excellent service. Enquired about dry cleaning a dress which was badly stained. Very honestly suggested that they would do their very best but couldn’t promise due to the state. Picked the dress up today and it’s like new. Seriously shocked as didn’t believe the stains would lift. Also friendly customer service. Top class
This dry cleaner overnight has become my regular!! Staff are always so genuinely helpful, also very knowledgeable on cleaning processes and fabrics etc… They have a wonderful email service also to let me know when my clothes are available, especially helpful on the odd occasion they arrive early!! Best dry cleaner I have found in the Canary Wharf area and wish I could give 10 stars!!!
